FALL REGISTRATION
Is your 3-5 year old eager for some connections? Is their curiosity taking them on some amazing adventures? We are finalizing our group of wanderers for FALL.
Will your child be exploring with us in 2022??

Social emotional development
All I really want is for our children to play. Those little babes, so fresh to walking and talking, to living amongst the beasts that we adults are. They are so wonderful. The longer I “adult” and witness where our systems are taking us the louder my tantrum becomes. What began as an opportunity for our young children to play outside with their peers has evolved into a program where we foster the space for our 3-5 year olds to develop life skills, feel socially connected and emotionally strong.
Let’s Wander
It is the curiosity and joy that we hope every child feels, from the tips of their fingers to the roots beneath their toes. Let’s Wander offers a practice of care and wellness that connects emotional development with learning through play and experimentation in a nature-based environment. Our seasonal workshop helps to prepare children for the world by offering them opportunities for persistence, determination, problem solving, frustration, discouragement, collaboration, and success.

Meet the team
As workshop leaders we are guides in the children’s learning experiences, provoking ideas, problem solving and conflict resolution. We subscribe to the philosophy of encouraging children to use creative thinking rather than providing answers, helping them to develop skills and self-sufficiency while providing the safe space from which they may do so, in hopes to encourage a much deeper level of awareness, understanding and development.

What People Say About Us
“He talks about his friends and this experience for many days and can’t wait to come back each week. I think about ‘did he just make a friend for life?!’ and it makes me really happy. We have noticed the imagination! He is so much more engaged in imaginative play at home. It’s really cool.”

“The ride home from this magical program is full of joyful smiles telling stories of adventures and friends. His growth in social awareness and emotional language has been incredible to witness.”

“We are absolutely thrilled that our daughter had the opportunity to participate in the fall session of Let’s Wander. She gained so much confidence in her gross motor skills by balancing on logs, navigating streams, interacting with farm animals and exploring the botanicals on the property. She was eager to get dropped off each day and always loved her time outdoors with her peers. It was a special time, as it shaped her into a more adventurous, resilient spirit who appreciates the beauty in nature.”

“This space has been such a delight for our daughter. We appreciate everything Let’s Wander is about. Nature and nurture. It’s so lovely.”

“She loved Let’s Wander. I believe she felt freedom, empowerment and peace while she was there.”

“Wet boots, cold fingers, and a big smile.”
