Let’s get creative! Mindfulness & Movement fun with the family.
Parents, caregivers, aunts/uncles, grandparents and other caregivers, we are inviting you to a special workshop with your little ones! Come join us for an hour of relaxation techniques and learn how to make your own relaxation toy.
The workshop will include gentle movement, crafts, breathing exercises, and end with a calming and soothing relaxation that may even make you want to fall asleep.
We hope this will be fun for everyone, from toddlers to adults! Workshop is limited to 8 families.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time to sign in and set up. All materials for the relaxation stress toy will be provided. Bring an exercise mat or something you can lie on, a lightweight blanket, and a pillow. Mats will be provided for anyone that needs one.
