We need to do things differently, for our children.
2020 has taught me that I need to K.I.S.S. Yep, that’s Keep It Simple, Stupid. And if I’m uber alert, it even includes a singing dancing mantra.
When I feel the frazzle begin to form, I take a breath, hum my manta, and look to my children.
What does my child need?
Massive question. Massive answer. And, let’s keep it simple, silly.
They need love. They need space. They need food, hydration, rest.
They know what they need. We have all seen our children at work. They are moving and grooving, jumping and jiving, in and out, up and down, eating and napping. Simply flowing with that they feel called to experience. Intuition is front seat, eyes open, ready.
And then we start to muck it all up. We take our life experiences and plop them right now for our babes to explore. And then we begin to spoon feed them our stories and dress them up in our patterns. Then we put them on the bus, to go sit in a box, complete with its own label.
Love is simple.
K.I.S.S. is a virtual empowerment community for teens who know they need to do life differently but aren’t ready to make the full commitments with our other offerings. They are ready to give a little to get a little.
Monthly K.I.S.S. enrollment includes:
- Daily self-care check-list, including water consumption, dance parties, rainbow plates, animal snuggles and more.
- Monthly gift, based off number of self-care engagement photos they share, including a 30 day supply of Axio (a $50 value!), coaching with me (a $50 value!) and more.
- Full Moon Meditations with the My Heart Academy and My Strong Self communities as they lean into the value of connection.
