Drop-in, movement based class for TWEENS, ages 8-12.
Theme: movement, compassion, acceptance.
We are moving our bodies because it feels fun. With joyful workout stations, we feel into our hearts and love on ourselves. And maybe make some new friendships. Music will be cranking.
