Parent/Baby Barre

Barre movement, parent and baby style.
Strap your baby to your body and join us for this 6 week series.
You will join an intimate group for 40 minutes of movement and toning with 20 minutes of rest and connecting with each other.
$70 if you pay for the full 6 weeks up front.
$15, drop-in day of.
November 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
December 6th.

Get those baby snuggles, the mind/body/soul connection and time with new friendships.
Come dressed for a workout. Bring a water. Axio station will be available.
