Creative Artist LYNNE HERMANN will be joining us today from 3:30pm – 4:30pm for ORNAMENT MANIA! Join us in the craft room as we get messy with allllll the supplies and craft some fun ornaments and holiday gifts for family and friends.
Me, Myself & I is a drop-in, self-guided meditation opportunity for children, adolescents, teens (ages 5-19). Come for the full 3 hours or pop-in for the time you desire. Bring your ear-buds if you want your own noise. Binaural beats will be playing. Come to craft, read and rest. Big Red is a cozy house with plenty of space to spread out. Come to mingle. Come to be by yourself. Come to recharge.
$5/h, $15/afternoon. (Family Membership, $79/m, includes all drop-in classes)
