Me, Myself & I is a drop-in, self-guided meditation opportunity for children, adolescents, teens (ages 5-19). Come for the full 3 hours or pop-in for the time you desire. Bring your ear-buds if you want your own noise. Binaural beats will be playing. Come to craft, read and rest. Big Red is a cozy house with plenty of space to spread out. Come to mingle. Come to be by yourself. Come to recharge.
$5/h, $15/afternoon. (Family Membership, $79/m, includes all drop-in classes)
