When was the last time you took an hour to totally relax? Come fill your self-care bucket with yoga nidra style guided meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness. Total decompression and relaxation for parents. Bring a yoga mat, a pillow and/or bolster, blanket, and comfy clothes. No experience necessary.
