Be Still & Chill: Total Relaxation for Teens

Drop-in for teens. Being a teen, the challenges of middle and high school…it all can be really stressful! This space is where they can catch their breath and gain the tools they need to rest, refuel, and face stress with more ease. A mix of mindfulness, breath work, and guided meditation/yoga nidra to melt their stress away. Bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, and cozy clothes. No experience necessary.
